Ingredients
- 2 Racks Of Lamb Ribs
- 1 Cup BBQ Sauce (Homemade Or Store-Bought)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- Salt And Pepper, To Taste
Directions
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Rub this mixture all over the lamb ribs.
Grilling
Preheat your BBQ grill to low heat (around 250°F).
Place the ribs on the grill, bone-side down, and cook slowly with the lid closed for 2-3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every 30 minutes.
Finishing
- Increase the grill heat to medium-high, brush the ribs with more BBQ sauce, and grill for an additional 5-10 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred.
Resting
- Remove from the grill, let the ribs rest for 5 minutes, then cut between the bones and serve.
Wine Pairing
Pair these smoky, succulent BBQ Lamb Ribs with a full-bodied Zinfandel or a spicy Shiraz. The wines' bold fruit flavors and structured tannins cut through the richness of the lamb, elevating the BBQ experience with every bite.
